Our Fisherwoman's Vest is hand knitted using the softest sheep's wool by incredibly talented craftswomen based in the foothills of the Himalayas in Nepal. Our partnership with the cooperative supports and empowers women from marginalised rural communities by providing them with alternative livelihood opportunities.

Super soft. Rolled neck and sleeves. Creamy white. Shaped to an upper-hip silhouette for a boxy, feminine look.
Our hand knitted Fisherwoman's Vest offers warmth as an additional layer through out all seasons. The shape and style have been perfectly crafted to complement a range of BANJAARA garments.
Model is 5'8 tall, size UK 10, US 6, and is wearing the medium.
Soft yarns are liable to pill to some extent, even when using those of the best quality. Remove any pills using a pilling comb and protect from sharp items or jewellery that may rub.
Our knitwear is all made by hand and so there may be slight differences in each item. As with our BANJAARA clothing, these subtle differences are what make our garments truly unique and special.
We recommend that you hang and air our knitwear, rather than washing them too frequently to avoid overstretch. Our pure sheep’s wool has incredible odour resisting properties. To remove stains, consider gently applying warm water by hand only.
